GR Silver Mining Ltd. is a Canada-based junior mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in silver-gold resource expansion on its 100%-owned assets, located on the eastern edge of the Rosario Mining District, in the southeast of Sinaloa State, Mexico. It controls 100% of the Plomosas Project, including the former Plomosas underground mine and wide, silver mineralized zones at the San Marcial Area. Its Plomosas Mine Area is located within five kilometers (km) of San Marcial in the Rosario Mining District, Sinaloa. The Plomosas Property lies in a geological setting similar to that of the San Dimas Mining District, which has produced over 11 million ounces of gold and 600 million ounces of silver. Its San Marcial Area is a 1,250-hectare (ha) property located 98 kilometers (km) southeast of Mazatlan, in the state of Sinaloa, and five km south of the Company’s Plomosas Mine Area. The Plomosas Property, together with the San Marcial Property, provides control of 9,764 ha.
