The Company holds surface mining rights on 1,770 acres, granting the right to conduct exploration, drilling, road construction, mining, and milling activities, as well as a 7,669-acre state lease that provides the ability to explore, develop, and mine within the Hercules Property. The Hercules Property is located on the northwestern shoulder of Cuddy Mountain, 200 kilometers (km) northwest of Boise, Idaho.
