The Strategic Developments segment consists of residential condominium and commercial property projects under development and all other properties held for development. Its portfolio includes Summerlin in Las Vegas; The Woodlands, The Woodlands Hills and Bridgeland in the Houston region; and Teravalis in the Phoenix region. It also holds a specialty insurer and reinsurer, offering a diversified portfolio of global property & casualty (P&C) products.
