Invesco Asia Dragon Trust PLC, formerly Invesco Asia Trust plc, is an investment company. The Company’s objective is to provide long-term capital growth and income by investing in a diversified portfolio of Asian and Australasian companies. It invests in emerging and developing markets, where difficulties in relation to market liquidity, dealing, settlement and custody problems could arise. Its investment manager is Invesco Fund Managers Limited.

The Company invests primarily in the equity securities of companies listed on the stockmarkets of Asia (ex Japan) including Australasia. It may also invest in unquoted securities up to 10% of the value of the Company’s gross assets, and in warrants and options when it is considered the most economical means of achieving exposure to an asset.

The investment management fee is 0.75 per cent on net assets up to 125 million reducing to 0.60 per cent on net assets upto 450 million and 0.5 per cent on net assets over this amount. The agreement is terminable by either party giving not less than three months written notice.
