The Beverages segment includes both Jones Soda’s traditional craft sodas, as well as its modern sodas, such as Pop Jones, Fiesta Jones and hemp-derived products such as HD9. The products are distributed through various channels, including retail stores, foodservice outlets, and direct-to-consumer platforms. The Cannabis-Derived (THC) Beverages segment features beverages and edibles infused with cannabis-derived tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) compounds. The Mary Jones Brand cannabis-infused line (THC) is marketed and licensed through indirect subsidiaries in California, Michigan, Missouri and Washington in the United States and through Mary Jones Beverage (Canada) Inc.
