Kairos Gold Inc. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company, which is focused on gold, copper, and silver. The Kairos Properties consist of four properties in Chile totaling 22,433 hectares (ha) that are prospective for copper, gold and silver, which includes the Las Garillas Claims. The Las Garillas Claims area consists of nine exploration concessions covering 1,900 hectares, which are 100% owned by Minera Kairos. The Las Garillas Claims are located approximately 308 kilometers (km) north of Santiago, Chile and approximately 90 km to the south-east of Coquimbo, a harbour on the Pacific Coast of Chile. The Carmona project covers 7,500 hectares, providing substantial ground for potential discovery. The La Fortuna is situated in the Eocene-Miocene Andean Mega Porphyry Copper-Gold-Molybdenum Belt, known for its large and concentrated deposits that are economically advantageous to mine. The Apolo project is located within the Upper Oligocene-Mid-Miocene El Indio Gold Belt.
