Objective

The ETFS Longer Dated All Commodities GO UCITS ETF (the "Fund") is designed to track the performance of the Bloomberg Commodity Index 3 Month Forward Total Return (the "Index"). The Fund is an Exchange Traded Fund ("ETF") which is tradable by investors on stock exchanges intraday and can be created and redeemed directly with the Issuer by authorised participants. The Fund is authorised and regulated as a UCITS and is eligible for investment by other UCITS. The Fund gains exposure to the performance of the Index through “unfunded” total return swaps entered into with Merrill Lynch International and Citigroup Global Markets Limited.
