Lansdowne Resources PLC, formerly Lansdowne Oil & Gas plc, is a diversified natural resources and appraisal exploration company. The Company is focused on developing the Macaubas graphite project in Bahia, Brazil, in which it has acquired a 100% interest, covering two exploration licenses over 2,805.82 hectares. The Macaubas graphite project is located in a highly prospective graphite region with logistics and the potential to host flake graphite mineralization. In addition, the Company continues to pursue its Energy Charter Treaty arbitration claim. The Company holds over 9% interest in the Helvick oil field, located approximately 40 kilometers offshore Ireland in 80 meters water depth in the North Celtic Sea Basin.
