The Company operates through its board of directors (Board), and strategic partnerships with service providers covering investment management, actuarial, administrative, company secretarial, and tracking services. The Company’s principal strategic partner relationship is with the Trust’s Investment Manager, Acheron Capital Ltd, which provides investment management services. The Company seeks to generate long-term returns for investors by investing in the life settlement market, through each of the separate Share Classes. The Company has not established target rates of return with respect to its investments.

Fee structure

Management fee payable monthly is 1.5% of the NAV. Performance fee shall be equal to 20% of the sum of the distributions made to the holders, in excess of the Performance Hurdle. The Contract is terminable on 6 months notice.
