Fish Lake Valley Property is a lithium/boron/potassium-enriched playa (also known as a salar, or salt pan), which is located in northern Esmeralda County in west central Nevada. The Fish Lake Valley Project in Esmeralda County, Nevada, west central Nevada, consists of the Company’s owned 297 placer claims totaling 10,972 acres (4,440 hectares). The San Emidio property is located in Washoe County in northwestern Nevada.
