Lithium Ionic Corp. is a Canadian mining company. The Company is engaged in exploring and developing its lithium properties in Brazil. Its Itinga and Salinas projects cover approximately 17,000 hectares in the northeastern part of Minas Gerais state, a mining-friendly jurisdiction that is quickly emerging as a hardrock lithium district. Its Grota do Cirilo project, which hosts the hard-rock lithium deposit in the Americas. Its Outro Lado deposit is located within the Company’s Itinga group of properties, over five kilometers northwest of the flagship Bandeira Project.
