Logan Energy Corp. is a Canadian energy company. The Company is engaged in exploration, development and production of crude oil and natural gas properties and assets, focused in the Montney resource trend in the areas of Simonette and Pouce Coupe in northwest Alberta and in the Flatrock area of northeastern British Columbia. It has also established a position within the greater Kaybob Duverney oil play with assets in the North Simonette, Ante Creek and Two Creeks areas. Flatrock is an emerging, undeveloped Montney asset for both gas condensate and oil development. Pouce Coupe is a Montney asset spanning from the gas condensate to light oil window with inventory. Simonette is an asset with scale and substantial infrastructure in place and multiple segments across the gas condensate to oil window. In addition, the Company operates several other prospective horizons at Simonette.
