London BTC Company Limited, formerly Vinanz Limited, is a British Virgin Islands-based Bitcoin treasury company. The Company is building up a strategic Bitcoin holding through acquiring Bitcoin as a treasury and currency management tool and by adding Bitcoin through its own Bitcoin mining operations in North America. The Company has miners installed in multiple third-party hosting facilities in Indiana, Iowa, Nebraska and Texas in the USA and in Labrador (Canada). It mines Bitcoin using purpose-built mining machines to solve complex cryptographic algorithms on the blockchain in exchange for rewards (in the form of Bitcoin). It has operations in two jurisdictions, Canada and the United States, and owns approximately 665 mining machines with a combined computing capacity of 60.2 petahash.
