The Company owns approximately 52 exploitation mining concessions covering 10,771 hectares and 178 exploration claims covering a combined total of 44,940 hectares (including the Initial Properties). Its subsidiaries include Vizcachitas Limited, Compania Minera Vizcachitas Holding, Gemma Properties Group Limited, Rocin SPA, Hidroelectrica de Pasada Rio Rocin SPA, Inversiones Los Patos S. A, DK Corporation, and Sociedad Los Juncos de la Union SPA.
