Kathleen Valley is located in the Wiluna-Norseman gold belt in Western Australia, a tier one mining jurisdiction which is among the gold regions in Australia and home to a number of mining operations, including the adjacent, high-grade Bellevue Gold Project, which exhibits similar geological characteristics to Kathleen Valley, with gold-silver mineralization occurring within the same Mt Goode Basalt sequence. The Kathleen Valley Gold Project consists of a single exploration license, E36/876, covering an area of approximately 7.25 square kilometers, approximately 30 kilometers north of the town of Leinster.
