The Company is engaged in the exploration and evaluation of properties for the mining of precious and base metals. It operates three properties in Ontario: the high-grade Sunbeam gold property near Atikokan optioned to First Class Metals PLC; the large multi-commodity (phosphate, rare earth element, niobi-um, tantalum) Prairie Lake project near Marathon-Terrace Bay, and the Zig Zag Lake property (lithium, tantalum) near Armstrong. In addition, it has an agreement for gold exploitation at the El Sid project in the Eastern Desert of Egypt. The Prairie Lake project is located near Marathon, Ontario consisting of nine claims comprising of 46 mining claims (27 single cell and 19 boundary cell mining claims), encompassing 608 ha. The Sunbeam Gold Property is located about 30 km northeast of Atikokan, north-western Ontario.
