Partners Group Private Equity Limited (PGPEL), formerly Princess Private Equity Holding Limited, is a Guernsey-based investment holding company. The Company mainly invests in private companies in the middle and upper middle market. PGPEL’s investment objective is to provide shareholders with long-term capital growth and dividend yield, through investment in a diversified portfolio of private companies. It invests in various sectors, such as healthcare, consumer discretionary, utilities, information technology, consumer staples, materials, financials, energy, industrials, telecommunication services and others. It invests in various geographies, such as North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Rest of World. Its investments by financing categories include buyout small/mid-cap, buyout large/mega-cap, special situations and venture capital. It invests across various sectors such as industrials, healthcare, consumer discretionary and others. PGPEL’s investment manager is Partners Group AG.

The Company seeks to achieve its investment objective through the realisation of its assets in accordance with the ordinary course business plan for each asset, but the Investment Manager will retain discretion to explore opportunities to undertake proactive and/or opportunistic sales of assets through the secondaries market and/or pursuant to a corporate transaction, which may include the sale of some or all of its assets, including, in particular, certain fund investments managed by the Investment Manager or its affiliates, at the relevant time, in pursuance of the investment objective.

The quarterly management fees are calculated as 0.375% of the private equity asset value which is defined as the Companys net asset value, less any temporary investments made for liquidity management purposes, plus the amount of unfunded commitments to direct investments.
