Its portfolio primarily consists of neighborhood centers anchored by the #1 or #2 grocer tenants by sales within their respective formats by trade area. Its neighbors are a mix of national, regional, and local retailers that primarily provide necessity-based goods and services. It manages over 316 shopping centers, including 294 wholly owned centers comprising 33.3 million square feet across 31 states and 22 shopping centers owned in three institutional joint ventures.
