Premier American Uranium Inc. is focused on the consolidation, exploration, and development of uranium projects in the United States. It has land holdings in three prominent uranium-producing regions in the United States: the Grants Mineral Belt of New Mexico (NM), the Great Divide Basin of Wyoming and the Uravan Mineral Belt of Colorado. Cebolleta Uranium Project is an advanced uranium exploration project located in the northeastern corner of Cibola County, over 40 miles west of the city of Albuquerque, NM, and over 10 miles north of the town of Laguna, NM. The Cyclone Uranium Project covers over 25,500 acres of mineral rights within the western and southwestern parts of the Great Divide Basin. Its Colorado projects include Monogram Mesa, the Atkinson Mesa, and the Outlaw Mesa and Slick Rock. The Kaycee Project is in Wyoming’s Powder River Basin, spans a 35-mile trend of altered and mineralized sandstones, supported by over 4,200 drill holes and 430 miles of mapped roll fronts.
