The Company is engaged in providing well stimulation services, proppants production and other complementary products and services to oil and gas companies engaged in the exploration and production (E&P) of unconventional oil and natural gas resources throughout the United States. It has segments: stimulation services, proppant production and manufacturing. Its stimulation services segment owns and operates a fleet of mobile hydraulic fracturing units and other auxiliary equipment that generates revenue by providing stimulation services to its customers. Its proppant production segment provides proppant to oilfield service providers and E&P companies. Its manufacturing segment sells highly engineered, tight tolerance machined, assembled, and factory tested products, such as high horsepower pumps, valves, piping, swivels, large-bore manifold systems and fluid ends.
