The Company operates through its subsidiaries in the electricity and natural gas sectors. REN operations are divided into two main business areas: transmission of extra high voltage electricity and overall technical management of the National Electricity System; and high-pressure transport of natural gas, overall technical management of the National Natural Gas System, reception, storage and regasification of liquefied natural gas (LNG) and underground natural gas storage. The Company's main projects include CelZa and the National Hydrogen Transport Hub as well as Portugal-Spain Interconnection.
