Regional Health Properties, Inc. is a self-managed real estate investment company that invests primarily in real estate purposed for long-term care and senior living. The Company owns, leases or manages for third parties approximately 24 facilities primarily in the Southeastern United States of America. The operators of the Company’s facilities provide a range of healthcare services to their patients and residents, including skilled nursing and assisted living services, social services, various therapy services, and other rehabilitative and healthcare services for both long-term and short-stay patients and residents. The Company has two primary reporting segments: real estate services, which consists of the leasing and subleasing of long-term care and senior living facilities to third-party tenants, including the Company’s management of three facilities on behalf of third-party owners and; healthcare services, which consists of the operation of a skilled nursing facility.
