Regional Health Properties, Inc. is a self-managed healthcare real estate investment company that invests primarily in real estate purposed for senior living and long-term care. The Company’s business primarily consists of leasing such facilities to third-party tenants, which operate the facilities. The Company operates through two segments: Real Estate and Healthcare Services. The Real Estate Services segment consists of the leasing and subleasing of long-term care and senior living facilities to third-party tenants, including the Company's management of three facilities on behalf of third-party owners. Its Healthcare Services segment consists of the operation of the Meadowood and Glenvue facilities. The Company owns approximately 11 properties, consisting of nine skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and two multiservice facilities, totaling over 1,201 beds. The Company also has one leased facility that is subleased pursuant to a triple-net lease.
