Rubellite Energy Corp. is a Canada-based energy company. The Company, through its operating subsidiary, Rubellite Energy Inc. is engaged in the exploration, development, production and marketing of its diversified asset portfolio, which includes heavy crude oil from the Clearwater and Mannville Stack Formations in Eastern Alberta utilizing multilateral drilling technology, liquids-rich conventional natural gas assets in the deep basin of West Central Alberta, and undeveloped bitumen leases in Northern Alberta. Its operations include Ukalta, Figure Lake, Frog Lake, and Marten Hills. Ukalta is located approximately 55 miles northeast of Edmonton. It has a 100% working interest in Figure Lake. It has an interest in three sections of land and 11 horizontal multi-lat producing wells at Marten Hills. It is the operator and has a 30% working interest in Marten Hills.
