Seritage Growth Properties (Seritage) is a fully integrated, self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company is principally engaged in the acquisition, ownership, development, redevelopment, management and leasing of diversified retail and mixed-use properties across the United States. The Company’s portfolio consists of interests in 172 properties totaling approximately 24.9 million square feet of gross leasable area (GLA), including 147 owns properties totaling approximately 23.0 million square feet of GLA across 39 states and Puerto Rico, and interests in 25 properties totaling approximately 1.9 million square feet of GLA across 13 states that are owned in unconsolidated entities.
