The Company Investment Objective is to realize capital growth from investment in a target company identified by the Investment Manager, with the aim of generate capital return for shareholders. The Company intends to invest, through its investment in SIGC, LP (Incorporated) (the Investment Partnership), in a company that is publicly quoted, which the Company considers to be undervalued because of operational deficiencies and which it believes can be rectified by the investment manager's active involvement, thereby increasing the value of the investment.
