The Company owns and/or operates 352 self-storage facilities and approximately 1.8 million net rentable square meters in seven countries: the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Sweden, Belgium and Denmark. Its segments include same-store facilities and non-same-store facilities. The same-stores facilities segment comprises self-developed stores. The non-same-store segment comprises any other self-storage facilities that it operates (excluding the properties operated under management contract).
