The Company operates through various underwriting divisions, including Accident & Health, Agriculture and Credit (Re)insurance, Captives, Construction & Energy Solutions, Global Property, Professional Lines, Specialty Programs, Aviation, Surety and Transactional E&S. Its Accident & Health underwriting division provides medical stop loss to employers who self-insure their employee benefits, as well as covering group and single-employer captives. The Global Property underwriting unit provides property-only solutions to large multi-jurisdictional entities with complex property exposures. The Company’s subsidiary insurance companies consist of Great Midwest Insurance Company, Houston Specialty Insurance Company, Imperium Insurance Company, and Oklahoma Specialty Insurance Company.
