The Company is focused on exploring gold projects near producing mines on or near the gold producing trends in northeastern Ontario and northern Quebec, where it holds interests in three exploration prospects. Its properties include Oakes Gold Property, Pense Property and Bruell Gold Property. Its Oakes Gold Property is located in the gold producing area, on the extension of the Kirkland-Larder lake gold structural system. The Company controls approximately 46 mining claims and three mining leases in the Matachewan Gold Area, comprising about 736 hectares or 1472 acres. It has an option to explore the 39 claim (865 hectare) Pense Property in Pense Township, Ontario. The claims are located near the Quebec provincial border, approximately 25 kilometers east of Englehart, Ontario, in the Larder Lake Mining Division. It has over 51 claims in the Bruell property package, which is located in Vauquelin Township, Quebec.
