Summit Royalties Ltd. is a Canada-based metals streaming and royalty company. The Company is a junior resource company holding royalty interests in mineral exploration projects in Western Canada. The Company holds royalties on a number of projects in western Canada covering a range of metals and industrial mineral projects including gold, silver, base-metals, diamonds and gypsum. The Corporation holds a portfolio of over 40 royalties and streams, including various key assets: Bombore Silver Stream (Ganzourgou Province, Burkina Faso); Pitangui Royalty (Minas Gerais, Brazil); Madsen Royalty (Ontario, Canada); AurMac Gold Project (Yukon, Canada); Zancudo Royalty (Titiribi, Colombia); and Lavras do Sul Royalty (Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil). The Bombore Silver Stream is a 50% silver stream on the operating Bombore Mine owned and operated by Orezone Gold Corporation. Its Lavras do Sul Royalty is a 3.0% NSR royalty on the over 5,000 Ha Lavras do Sul project owned by Lavras Gold Corp.
