Supreme PLC is a manufacturer, brand owner and distributor of fast-moving consumer goods. The Company supplies products across three operating divisions: Electricals, Vaping, and Drinks and Wellness (formerly Sports Nutrition & Wellness plus the addition of soft drinks via the acquisition of Clearly Drinks Limited and the Typhoo Tea business). Its customers include B&M, Home Bargains, Poundland, Tesco, Sainsburys, Morrisons, Amazon, The Range, Costcutter, Asda, Halfords, Iceland, Waitrose, Aldi and HM Prison & Probation Service. In addition to distributing globally recognized brands, such as Duracell, Energizer and Panasonic, and supplying lighting products under Energizer, Eveready, Black & Decker and JCB licenses over 45 countries, it has also built a portfolio of in-house brands, most notably 88Vape. The Company has a growing footprint in Sports Nutrition & Wellness via its principal Sci-MX brand. Its Drinks and Wellness also include SlimFast, a meal replacement product.
