The SYGMA segment is engaged in customized distribution operations serving quick-service chain restaurant customer locations. The Other segment primarily includes its hotel supply operations, Guest Worldwide. It distributes various products, such as frozen foods, canned and dry foods, fresh meats and seafood and others.
