Teekay Tankers Ltd is a Bermuda-based company that owns and operates crude oil and product tankers. The Company’s segments include Tankers and Marine Services and Other. The Tankers segment consists of the operation of all of the Company's tankers, including the operations of those tankers employed on full-service lightering contracts, and the Company's United States-based ship-to-ship support service operations, including its lightering support services provided as part of full-service lightering operations. The Marine Services consist of operational and maintenance marine services provided by the Australian government, Australian energy companies and other third parties. Its vessels include Aquabliss, Beijing Spirit, Blackcomb Spirit, Garibaldi Spirit, Hovden Spirit, Kanata Spirit, Leyte Spirit, London Spirit, Orchid Spirit, Semakau Spirit, Whistler Spirit, Pinnacle Spirit, Sydney Spirit, Tahoe Spirit, and Tarbet Spirit.
