The resort/residential real estate development segment is actively involved in the land entitlement and development process. Its mineral resources segment is engaged in recurring royalty income from third-party extraction activities. Its farming segment is engaged in the sale of wine grapes, almonds, and pistachios. Its ranch operations segment consists of game management and ancillary land uses, such as grazing leases and filming.
