Torex Gold Resources Inc. is a Canada-based intermediate gold producing company, which is engaged in the exploration, development, and operation of its 100% owned Morelos Gold Property. The Morelos Gold property covers an area of approximately 29,000 hectares in the prospective Guerrero Gold Belt located 180 kilometers southwest of Mexico City. The Company’s principal assets are the Morelos Complex, which includes the El Limon Guajes (ELG) Mine Complex. The property hosts its Morelos Complex, which includes the Media Luna Underground, ELG Underground, and ELG Open Pit mines, the development-stage EPO underground deposit, a fully integrated processing plant, and related infrastructure. The ELG Underground and Open Pit mines as well as the processing plant are located on the north side of the Balsas River while Media Luna and EPO are located to the south.
