Trident Resources Corp. is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties in Canada. The Company is advancing its gold and copper projects in Saskatchewan, including two gold properties in the prospective La Ronge Gold Belt totaling 35,175.6 hectares (ha), as well as the 100% owned Knife Lake copper project. Its project portfolio consists of the Contact Lake and Greywacke Lake Gold Projects, which consist of five deposits, in addition to the Knife Lake Project, which hosts the Knife Lake VMS Deposit. The Contact Lake Gold Project, the Company’s flagship asset, spans about 14,121 ha across 10 mineral claims. The Greywacke Lake Gold Project is located approximately 88 kilometers (km) northeast of La Ronge. It has 100% ownership of the Knife Lake Copper VMS Project, an advanced-stage copper, silver, zinc and cobalt exploration property that consists of about 82 claims totaling 56,565 ha in northeastern Saskatchewan.
