Its segments include Twin Vee PowerCats and Wizz Banger, Inc. The Twin Vee PowerCats segment designs, manufactures, and sells recreational and commercial powerboats. Wizz Banger, Inc., is a development-stage subsidiary which develops an online marketplace leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) for customers to search for and purchase recreational marine assets. It offers boats for a range of recreational activities, including fishing, diving and water-skiing, and commercial activities including transportation, eco tours, fishing and diving expeditions. The Company sells boats through a network of approximately 17 independent boat dealers across North America, Hawaii, and Australia.
