It is engaged in raising standards in the student accommodation sector with the support of over 60 university partners. The Company’s segments include Operations and Property. The Company undertakes its Operations and Property activities directly and through joint ventures with third parties. The Company provides development, asset management, planning and project management support from its internal team to deliver co-designed plans from start to finish, taking into account the needs of students, communities and sustainability targets. Its properties are located near universities.
