Its property portfolio consists of Archer Street Studios, Barley Mow Centre, Canalot Studios, E1 Studios, Cannon Wharf, Cargo Works, Clerkenwell Workshops, Mare Street Studios, Morie Street Studios, Parkhall Business Centre, Peer House, Parma House, Westbourne Studios, 60 Gray's Inn Road, Leroy House, and The Shaftesbury Centre. Its subsidiaries include Workspace 12 Limited, Workspace 13 Limited, and Workspace Management Limited, which is engaged in property investment.
