The project is approximately 20 kilometers (km) west-northwest of the town of Mutare. The Nyanga North Shear Zone Gold project is located in north-eastern Zimbabwe in the province of Manicaland near the border. The Company's subsidiaries include Zephyr Gold USA Ltd. and Sutter Mining (Private) Limited.
