I've recently added/changed my Nominated Bank Account, why can't I withdraw money?

For security purposes you will need to validate an addition or change of your nominated bank account using a passcode which has been sent to you before a withdrawal from your account can be arranged. To validate your nominated bank account please log in to your online account and enter the code to confirm the changes. If you have not received your validation code please call us on 0117 980 9801.
