How to turn on live prices
Live share prices give you instant updates on an investment’s price when you’re browsing the HL website and app. Here’s how to turn live prices on.

How to turn on live prices on the website
- Log in online to see your accounts.
- Select ‘Account settings’ from the tab list.
- Select ‘Share dealing and live prices’.
- Under Live share prices, select ‘Edit live price preferences’.
- Select your preferred option for share prices and market indices.
- To view live prices when you’re logged out, select ‘Yes’ to ‘Remember preferences when logged out?’.
- Select ‘Save’ to confirm.
How to turn on live prices on the app
- Select ‘Accounts’ in the bottom left corner.
- Log in.
- On iPhone: Select the menu icon in the top left corner. Then select 'Profile and settings'.
On Android: Select ‘Settings’. - Select ‘Live prices’.
- Select 'Live steaming share prices’.
- Select the Back arrow to confirm.
What happens next
The investment prices you see on the website and app will display in real time.
You can change your settings back in the same way at any time.
