How to change your statement preferences
Signing up to the Paperless Service means you don’t have to pay a fee for paper statements. Here’s how to change your preferences.

Before you start
You need to be able to log in and see your accounts online before you can sign up for the Paperless service.
How to change your statement preferences on the website
- Log in online to see your accounts.
- Select ‘Account settings’ from the tab list.
- Select ‘Personal details and statement delivery’.
- Select to receive your contract notes and investment reports By Post or Paperless.
- Select ‘Save’ to confirm.
What happens next
We’ll send your documents in the way you’ve chosen. If this is by post, you will be charged the fee every six months.
