My fund order has been pending for a while and I can't see the trade reflected on my account, should I be concerned?

No, your fund deal will always be submitted for dealing as soon as practicable after the order has been placed. Once submitted for dealing, the order will be dealt at the next available valuation point. The administration required behind dealing in funds means that confirmations are not instant, so you should not expect notification right away. The fund manager can take up to five days to confirm the details of your completed deal, although in most cases it takes less than 24 hours. When we receive confirmation of your deal your account summary and transaction history will be updated and we will generate a contract note.
