Why is the App crashing OR I cannot connect to the app, what can I do?

Please ensure that you have the most recent version of the app installed and that your operating system is up to date. Often issues with the app can be resolved with a reset so we would recommend you hard close the app and reopen it. It is also important to ensure that you have a good internet connection when using the app.
