Can I choose how I receive my statements and other documents?
You can choose to receive your contract notes, investment reports and other correspondence either electronically or by post.
Our free paperless service emails you when your documents are available to view online and stores them securely via your online account. Please note that in certain circumstances we may still contact you by post if we feel this is the most appropriate medium.
If you opt to receive these documents by post the additional production, materials and postage costs mean it is not possible to provide this service for free. The charge to receive paper documentation by post is £10+VAT every 6 months.
To set your account to our paperless or paper service:
- Log in to your account
- Select the ‘Account Settings’ link towards the right hand side of the screen
- Select the ‘Personal details and statement delivery’ option on the left hand side of the screen
- In the ‘Investment report and contract notes’ box, click ‘edit delivery preference’, update as appropriate and click Save.
