Azincourt Energy Corp. is a Canada-based resource company focused on the strategic acquisition, exploration, and development of alternative energy/fuel projects, including uranium, lithium, and other critical clean energy elements. The Company is active at its East Preston uranium project, located in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan, and its Snegamook uranium project, located in the Central Mining Belt of Labrador. It is also advancing exploration at its 87% owned, over 20,674-hectare (ha) East Preston Project, in the Paterson Lake region of the Athabasca Basin. The Snegamook Uranium Project is located in the highly prospective Central Mineral Belt in Labrador, Canada. The Snegamook Project is located to the southeast of Snegamook Lake, less than one kilometer (km) south of the Two Time Zone and consists of over 17 contiguous claims covering 423 ha. The Big Hill Lithium Project is a 7,500-ha Lithium-Cesium-Tantalum exploration property located in southwestern Newfoundland, Canada.
