The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, BioSyent Pharma Inc., and BioSyent Pharma International Inc., sources, acquires or in-licenses and further develops pharmaceutical and other healthcare products for sale in Canada and certain international markets. Hedley Technologies Ltd., and Hedley Technologies (USA) Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary, operates the Company’s business marketing biologically and health-friendly non-chemical insecticides. The Company’s products include Combogesic, Cathejell, FeraMAX Pd Therapeutic 150, FeraMAX Pd Maintenance 45, FeraMAX Pd Powder 15, Gelclair, Inofolic, Proktis-M, RepaGyn and Tibella, among others. Combogesic is for the short-term management of mild to moderate acute pain and the reduction of fever in adults. FeraMAX Pd Therapeutic 150 is for the treatment of iron deficiency anemia. The Company also provides specialized healthcare products for dental hygiene and oral health.
