Focus Xplore PLC is a United Kingdom-based strategic energy and critical minerals exploration company. The Company's priority projects are prospective for gold, lithium, and magnet metals (selected rare earth elements). Its gold portfolio comprises five greenfield gold exploration properties totaling approximately 86.44 square kilometers (sq km) across two Canadian provinces - approximately 42.75 sq km in Newfoundland and Labrador and approximately 43.69 sq km in Ontario. The Company holds three lithium properties (Pearl, Iva and Biscuit Creek) and one rare earth elements property (Bay Road). Its gold portfolio includes Clarkdon, Garden Lake, Kearns, Canada Bay, and O'Brien. The Clarkdon property consists of four contiguous Multicell Mining Claims comprising a total area of around 18 sq km. The Pearl claims cover around 1,475 hectares (ha). The Iva property covers approximately 642 ha. The Bay Road property covers around 425 ha directly south of the fertile White Otter Batholith.
