The Company's products portfolio includes skin panels and moving parts, body components, chassis, bumpers and dashboard crossbeams. The Company's clients comprise such international automobile manufacturers as Volkswagen, Renault, Peugeot, Citroen, Opel, Mercedes Benz, Ford, Nissan and Fiat, among others. The Company is a parent of Grupo Gestamp Automocion, a group which comprises the operations of a number of controlled entities with operations established in 22 countries worldwide. The Company's facilities include 95 Production Centers located in Europe, Asia, North and South America and 13 R&D Centers. In 2011 the Company acquired ThyssenKrupp Metal Forming.
