Goldgroup Mining Inc. is a Canada-based precious-metals producer with four wholly owned assets in Mexico and the United States. The Company owns and operates the Don David Gold Mine in Oaxaca and the Cerro Prieto Gold Mine in Sonora, Mexico, and is advancing the San Francisco Gold Project in Sonora and the Back Forty Project in Michigan. Don David Gold Mine is a 100%-owned, producing underground mine on approximately 55,000-hectare land package in Oaxaca. The Cerro Prieto Project is a 100%-owned, approximately 4,335-hectare property in the Cucurpe Mining District of Sonora, Mexico, over 52 road kilometers from the regional center of Magdalena de Kino and over 150 kilometers north-east of Hermosillo. It is a shallow open-pit heap-leach operation on a mesothermal vein system, producing gold-silver dore through two crushing circuits and an adsorption-desorption-recovery (ADR) plant.
